TGuide S96 Automatizirani ekstraktor nukleinske kiseline prihvaća najnoviju metodu adsorpcije magnetskih šipki i prijenos magnetskih kuglica. Ploče dubine 96 jamaca i različite vrste reagensa za ekstrakciju magnetskih kuglica primjenjuju se za automatsko ekstrahiranje i pročišćavanje nukleinske kiseline iz 1-192 krvi/stanica/tkiva/virusa i drugih uzoraka.

Ovaj ekstraktor može biti opremljen modulom od 24 fluksa koji se dobro prilagođava uzorcima velike zapremine. Opremljen je prethodno zapakiranim reagensima TIANGEN i može istodobno izvaditi 1-24 uzorka. Maksimalni volumen uzorka kojim rukuje instrument je 5 ml. Posebno je pogodan za ekstrakciju slobodne nukleinske kiseline u serumu i plazmi. Ima visok prinos ekstrakcije i dobru čistoću te se može koristiti u poljima kao što su otkrivanje tumora, NIPT itd.
